 |  | Thank God; I am free! I am free—free from restrictive habits, emancipated from needless, negative thinking and behavior. I am free from the bondage of any constraints others had placed on me or I had placed on myself. All resistance to good has dissipated. Any ties that had limited me have been released. The spirit of God is a mighty power within me, and my potential for good is limitless. I express a healthy, positive lifestyle. My soul intent and my well-being converge in my total freedom—spirit, mind, and body. As the old, familiar spiritual reminds me, I am free. Thank God; I am free. With my freedom, I accept the responsibility and the honor of contributing to a world larger than my immediate surroundings.
